06 Accord slow cranking

I bought a used accord this summer and it seems to labor when cranking over. I put the charger on it overnight and it didn't change. Please advise.

Look at battery cable connections - both ends. A cable clamp that's just a bit dirty/corroded/loose will give good-enough contact for everything else on the car, but the starter takes more power than anything else.
