Hi All,
I had to destroy the old sensor to get it out, (sadly since it worked fine). I cleaned out the hole with emery cloth, but the new sensor starts to bind about 1/2:" left to go. Im afraid to break it, its really flimsy plastic. The replacement sensors I got from Honda.
Any suggestions on how to clean the hole or something to put on the sensor body to get it installed.
Was thinking about trying to find a small drum sander or grinder and cleaning more with that by hand. Afraid to get a bunch of crap down into the back side of the bearing.
