Default 07 ACCORD SE V6 Transmission noise

I bought this car about two months ago and it makes a loud noise(it sounds like is engaging,kkrrrr.... )coming from the engine area closer to the transmission; from cold start and driving around 5 to 10 mph, it makes the noise.
I had driven the car many times to see when and how the noise is make and this is what I got:
[ol][*]When I first drive itin the morning, the noise is really noticeable(when it happens at 5 to 10 mph)and I can feel a little vibration coming from the pedal area.[*]After driving the car for about5 minutes, if I stop, turn the switchoff and back on, and keep going, the noise is there again, but no as loud as the first time.[*]If I drive more than 30 minutes and do the same steps as number 2 the noise is gone[*]If the car is driven for about an hour and parked for 3 to 6 hours and driven again I can hardly hearthe noise.[*]The car seems fine to me when I drive it but that noise is bothering me. It is normal and what exactly is causing it?[/ol]
Itook it to the dealer and of course they said "the noise couldn't be duplicated " so I went back to them after I confirmed it with the road tests that I did and I was going to tell them to keep it overnight and test it early the next day but the mechanic told methat in fact he had complaints or concerns from other people about it and the noise is cause by the "ABS system"
I alsoreadin themanualthis, "When VSA activates, there may be some unusual noise coming from the modulator"
Any help will be appreciate.
Sorry for the long explanation.
