08 accord hid problems
Fog lights keep blowing out my fuse, when i put the original
Bulbs back it works fine and does not blow the fuse, whan i out the hid it blows it again, bought new bulbs and new ballast, what could it be?

What's the starting-current required by the HID ballasts? Compare against the capacity of that circuit, and maybe you'll need to run a whole new circuit for the higher load??
