Ditto with shipo.

Keep using what you've been using.

I have a 2001 4cyl, 5 speed, 255K and only ever used dino oil. I used to be pretty good about the oil changes at 7500, let one slip here lately though.

I let all of mine slip; fortunately I use synthetic oil so I can push things to more like 12,000 miles.
