Default 1984 Accord Crankshaft Pulley Removal

I am looking for help with the removal of the crankshaft on my 1984 Accord. The pulley does not have the hex shape, so the hex tool will not work.
I am thinking of using a chain lock vice grips to secure the pulley and use an impact gun to break loose the bolt.

Any other suggestions?

Can you somehow lock the flywheel at the starter opening?

An impact should break it loose without locking the crank pulley
