Exclamation 1987 Accord LS Missfire

I have an 87 accord with a few problems.. 1st the # 3 cylinder misses , I can pull the plug wire off with no change in engine rpm at all. When the car is warmed up to operating temp, it jumps and bucks when I shift, like there is a short or something. The other thing is I can be crusing along at around 2500 to 3000 rpm and the car will jump and miss very bad. I have replaced the plugs with Autolites and have installed new cap and rotor, and plug wires. The wierd thing is when the car is cold it wont do any of these things, only when it is up to operating temp will it act up.
Pleas eany info will help .
Thanks

Talking Problem Solved !!

I disconnected the clutch pedal safety switch and the symptoms dissapered!!!
It runs silky smooth !! The only thing is I dont have is cruise, so I will go down to the junk yard and pull one out of another accord and see if it still runs good, if not I have a short and am not in the mood to trace it out so I will live without cruise!!
Thanks for your help !!!
