Car starts fine, but after driving for 10 to 20 min the engune shuts off. after five minutes it cranks but engine strugles to start. overhauled carburetor, car has gas....i have tried almost everything. any ideas.

 

Not sure what tests you have done so far.

Kind of sounds like an ignition issue, to confirm you can test for spark once the car dies and it won't re-start. If it is spark, there are more tests needed to find the part that is bad.

Last since you rebuilt the carb, then you are are aware of the sight glass for the carb bowl....double check the level when it dies and won't restart.
