1988 Headlight working only with Hi beams on

Hi,

Like the title says, one of my headlights will not work when turned on, it will only work when I have the brights on. Any suggestion on how to fix this?

Have you ruled out a burned-out bulb? There's 2 different filaments, they don't burn-out together. Then check for flaky wiring.
