Hi,
I think this is pretty straight forward. Outer CV boot is bad, obtained great entire axle from wrecking yard...got the nut off, gads....
tricks for pulling the rest and suggestions on same???

Later Accords snap into the differential, I would guess 89 is the same. Use a crowbar or large screwdriver to pry against the tranny case. Try to work 2 bars to push the axle straight out, not at an angle.

New one should have a snap ring in a groove near the end of the splined shaft. If that's not the case, get your hands on a repair book for 1989.
