1990 honda accord FI 16v not starting

1990 honda accord FI 16v not starting

It turns over fine but it won't start. I also noticed gas fumes after i try starting it and there is some oil in one of the spark plug holes. Please help.

Gas smell suggests lack of spark, so hook up a timing light to see if flashes.
