I'm sorry, the ECU fuse in the fuse box under the driver's dash. The cover for the box should have a label on it for the ECU fuse. The owner's manual should have that information.

I think that I have the pins labeled correctly. The main relay gets power from 3 different sources on 3 different pins. Check that fuse first. I'll see what other info I can find.

Something isn't quite right here. Are you using the numbers that I posted before for the electrical connector, show below?

1 2 X 3
4 5 6 7

Yeah, post some pictures.

The problem is that every diagram has the same function at every pin, even though they number them differently. If you use my numbering system, then something is way off.

I know this may be a stupid question, but are you sure this is a 91 accord?

Here is what I have for the main relay for numbers, wire colors, and description. Are these the same wire colors?

Numbering on plug to main relay:
12-3
4567

1. grn/blk________ goes to ECU
2. blu/red________12V when key in start position
3. blk___________ground
4. yel___________goes to fuel pump
5. blk/yel________12V when key in the II position
6. yel/blk________goes to ECU
7. yel/blu________12V
