1991 accord changed trans now turns over but wont start

i can post some but were talking about the same connector and the top has 3 leads w 4 spaces and the bottom has 4 and im doing it like you said

so with that being said i have voltage on 7 and 5

and number 4 that goes to the pump has no voltage at the connector so.......what now

and to clarify if using your numbering its 1 blk 2 blue red 3 green blk 4 yel blue 5 yel blk 6 blk yel and 7 yellow

ok i see whats going on your looking at it from the back where the wires go in and im looking at the front...i think i need to re test this. i real sorry somewhere alon the way i though you said to disconnect the connectors from the relay and test this. im gonna lug it in and test the number 4

well never mind my blabbering i rechecked it with it connected and its still no voltage on number 4

I think that I understand the confusion. I'm numbering looking from behind where the wires enter the connector and you are numbering looking at it from the pins.

Lets stick with my numbering to make life simpler.

You have the proper voltage at the pins 5 and 7. The relay switches power to #4 going to the fuel pump, so that test is good.

Turn the key off. Use a wire to jump pin 4 (yel) to pin 5 (blk/yel). Turn the key to the II position. Do you hear the fuel pump turn on?

I was typing while you were. Do this test with the relay unplugged.
