1991 Accord - Error Code

I just checked the trouble codes on my accord and I got the error message for "Ignition Output Signal". What the heck does that mean?

that's a problem with the igntion (obviously) it could be the ignitor, coil, or a few other various items... is the car displaying any symptoms or doing anything funny?
