Ok I got a 1991 Honda Accord LX and the car was sitting for about a year with gas in it, well i took it home and then it died on me, wouldnt stay started, brought it home and started looking through all the problems, changed the fuel filter, spark plugs, cables, distributor, thermostat, radio hoses and all that, well started it up and ran like crap, it would idle but as soon as you press the accelerator it would sputter and bog down and act like it would die, well i had a guy come told me he think its the throttle body, so i went and pulled one off another honda stuck it on there today it ran okay for a little bit then as soon as i drove it same problems came back, so we ended up draining all the gas out of it, well the gas was about a dark yellow orange color, drained that all out, put in techtron fuel treatment and put about 4 gallons of 91 gas in it, well it still didnt fix it, same problems, idles crappy but as soon as i press the accelerator it bogs down wanting to die and couple times back fires out of the intake. any ideas cause I am starting to run out of ideas.
