Clean with throttle-body cleaner.
The hoses from those 2 valve carry antifreeze so if you disconnect be prepared for that.
The round cover on top of the FITV can be opened & there should be a plunger inside that might be loose. Twist to tighten it. There's a write-up in the DIY section search for "FITV". The later cars have their FITV bolted to the underside of the throttle body, but I suspect it's about the same otherwise (hopefully someone can confirm that).
