Default 1991 Honda Accord LX Crank Case?

Lately when I remove the oil filler cap, the crank case depressurizes. Also when I remove the dip stick. I've never had that happen before, this is not normal RIGHT?

Look for plugged PCV valve & plugged crankcase vent hose (goes over to air intake).

THANKS,

I removed the PVC valve and strayed it with carb cleaner, no more pressure.

Thanks Jim
