1993 F22A Idle problem
I kind of agree with 93accordkid, although I hate throwing parts at the car.
I would pick up an air boost valve (#9) from the junkyard and swap that out. Explain your situation, and see if the junkyard will let you return the part if it does not solve your problem. I suggest the air boost valve first, because I have read more people having problems with that one. If that doesn't work, then try the IAC (called EACV on the 93 accord).
You probably already did this, but I would check that all the vacuum hoses are routed properly and not deteriorating causing the air leak. There should be a routing diagram under the hood so you can check all the vacuum hoses.

Yup checked everything over by removing them one at a time and inspecting them. I even sprayed TB/Carb Cleaner around the connections and nada.
I bought a brand new IAC ($$$$
) no change. Just for the hell of it I removed the ABV and plugged the hole. Voila' the idle dropped right to where it needed to be. :: SIGH ::
So what I did was I went to my local PAP found the same year model I have and pulled what I looked like a ABV delete plate. Bolted it in place of the ABV and have been enjoying being able to order in a drive through and actually being able to hear.
YAY!!!!!
