I just bought a 1993 Accord SE 4dr from a family friend a couple days ago. No serious problems, just needed some tuning up. After tuning it up today, I left work and when I went to turn on the headlights, they came on as well as all the dummy lights (battery, check engine, seat belt, srs, etc) but not the actual lights behind the gauges, or the lights above the stereo (fan, temperature, etc.), OR the tail lights! The actual brake lights, blinkers, reverse lights, etc all work, just not the running tail lights.

I checked the fuse box under the steering column and they were all intact, but did not realize until just recently that there was a second one under the hood. So i have not checked that one yet, but before I go out in the cold with a flashlight, is there anything else it could be?
