1994 accord cooling fan quit working
about a week ago my 1994 honda accord lx 2.2 cooling fan quit, i bought and replaced the engine coolant temperature sensor and the cooling fan still not coming on..what next?
When the engine is running, both fans turn on to cool the radiator. Is the other fan running when the coolant gets hot and the a/c is off?
Start the car and turn on the a/c. If one fan is running, then you can try Nomad's caveman test. If the fan turns on, then the fan motor is likely shot. If you have a volt meter, you can unplug the non-working fan electrical connector. Use the volt meter to see if you have 12V to that connector. and test for voltage on the two wires to the fan.

That is not how the coolaing fans work on your car. I owned a 2.2 L 95 accord for 13 years and know that car in and out from DIY work. I had my condenser fan stop working twice for different reasons, so I'm giving you troubleshooting I did on my car, so you don't waste money on parts. I am 100% sure both fans turn on/off together when the engine is running.
Google CD7_CD9.pdf to download a shop manual for the 94 accord. In the a/c section wiring diagram, you'll see how the coolant temp switch A grounds both fan relays when the coolant temp is above 200 °F, so both fans will turn on. When the a/c is turned on, the same green wire is grounded eventually by the blower speed switch to turn on both relays.
The only time one motor will run is when the engine is shut off and coolant temp sensor B near where the upper radiator hose connects to the cylinder head is above 223 °F. Only the radiator fan will turn on for a max of ~15 minutes in just this case. This is to prevent overheating damage due to hot soak on your car when the engine is turned off.
