1994 accord ex won't crank
I have a 1994 Honda accord ex automatic that won't crank,a couple weeks ago I went to start it and nothing, the dash lights came on but it would not crank I shifted to drive and back to park and it started right up this happened a few times over a couple weeks then one day it would not do anything.I tested the battery it's good, replaced the starter, the small computer and the netural safety switch under the console still won't crank.checked the codes and none come up.When I turn the key on the d4 and the check engine light come on for about two sec and then go off.Could it be a lockup or control solenoid? thank's for any help.

Starter should turn over if the keyswitch assy delivers battery voltage to the starter solenoid when keyswitch is turned to Start postion. If no starter engagement, you either have bad starter solenoid or faulty ignition switch assy (no start signal).
The above assumes you have good battery connections.

Fuses are heavy fuses (80 & 50 A) and would disable many things if bad. This seems unlikely.
You may have a faulty AT Gear Position Switch that is interupting start signal. First check that you are NOT getting a 12V signal on Blk/Wht wire at the starter solenoid when keyswitch is turned to Start (need help to check). If not, then AT gear position switch stuck open is a possibility. Try starting in N instead of P. Otherwise, a new AT gear position switch is likely needed.
It might be possible to remove and clean w/ switch cleaner.
Suggest downloading 94-97 Accord manual from Online Manuals post in DIY forum to see how to remove AT gear position switch.
good luck
