1995 accord 4cyl ex wont start.

If you grounded the RED wire and dash lights (the ones still working) go full bright......as PA said, you just confirmed a bad dimmer....of course we are assuming the BLK wire has good continuity to ground...it is a ground wire, that is why the test light did not light up - test light to RED(+) and BLK(-) does it light up....if so you are now almost 120% sure of a bad dimmer.

okay tried to pull the cluster per the how to... deff not how it works..

here is a detalied write up with pictures for your 5th gen Honda

I was hoping the other (6th gen) would work as it is easier
