1995 accord stopped running?

I own a 95 accord 4 cyl. with an auto tranny and the other day it just stopped running while driving. I towed it home and now when I try and start it, (a) nothing happens, no starter, no solenoid click, nothing. (b) when the key is turned the fuel pump keeps running constantly like it cannot build up pressure. With the key in the run position I can hear what sounds like an air leak or perhaps vacuum
underneath the hood and it seems like it is coming from around the center of the fuel rail. This may explain the fuel pressure problem
but what happened to my starter? Thanks for reading

Did you try jumping the car? Battery could be dead. I would check the battery and the connections first, because its a cheap and easy fix. Next, I would check jump the service connector to see if any codes are stored. (go to http://www.dhost.info/accordinfo/howto/cel.html) for instructions.
After that, no click at the starter would point towards the ignition switch. The position of the ignition switch (I, II, ST) controls the fuel pump. If the switch is toast, I would guess that weird things can happen.
You should also try to pinpoint the leak you are hearing.
