1995 accord wiper problems

Default 1995 accord wiper problems
I have a 95 Accord LX and the wipers won't stop once they are turned on. I replaced the switch on the steering column and checked the wiper motor both are not the problem could it be the wiper relay or the multi function relay? If so how do you check?

Could be the relay or something in the wires.
