Hi, my 1995 Honda Accord failed smog for high Nox in Ca, check engine light is not on. I jumped the service connection and got 2 blinks from the check engine light. I'm not sure if it is code 2 or 20. Code 2 is oxygen content B, but my car only has 1 o2 sensor pre cat. Please help me on the code thing. thank you.
