89 high nox at low speed test
getting 1000 nox at 15 mph 400 range at 25 mph. egr seems to work with egr test using another vacuum source almost stalled engine. can't find vac leak timing ok. help
no engine codes, but probably unrelated I do have that pesky main relay intermittent no start problem.

To test the theory on the egr, you'll have to "tee into" the vac line to the egr and see what you are getting when driving the car.
I think the LXi's had a lift sensor on the egr? So if you were getting a low/high lift at the wrong time I would have thought you'd get a CEL for the egr system.
How old are the two O2 sensors?

normally I've found when you pass the 25 nox but not the 15 nox test this is either the egr is clogged up or the cat is bad
Since it's cheaper, though not easier, to clean out the egr valve and ports it might be best to do that first and see if it passes, and if not then I would replace the cat, especially if it's never been changed out.
I've actually never seen a howto on a 3rd gen accord so hopefully poorman will teach me something new in this thread.
