Post 1995 Honda Accord. Major prob?

I bought a 95 Honda accord of a guy and he was driving it down the road all was going well, then out of no where the horn just blows out of no where. He pulls over and pulls the stop/horn fuse then proceeds to start the car and it will no longer start. I bought the car started tearing the dash out and noticed a burnt wire from behind the CD player. Examined up the wire a little bit and it had melted its-self through 5-6 other wires. I then proceeded to look further into the wires down near the fuse box plug ins, I noticed a burnt wire on a male side and female side of a plug in, which on both sides have burnt there-selves into other wires. I have seperated these from each other. Does anyone have any reason why my car will not start?

Thanks in advance Joshua

Ahh I believe I may have found my problems. Could be rong, will find out and do update as soon as i get a fuse box for the inside below the drivers side under dash. I went through and inspected all of the fuses/ places they go and i noticed one was burnt really badly and the previous owner had switched the one he messed up in that fuse slot into another fuse slot in which I will need a new fuse box, unless I get to looking at it tomorrow and if it is possible to run the messed up connection to an existing fuse slot that is not in use as a spare fuse holder. Will update in the morning after I get to looking at it just incase any one else has this problem as I myself did.

nahh its not to hard to swap the fuse box. the hardest part was finding one for the car around here. I unplugged everything from the fusebox in about 10 mins and had it unbolted and all. shouldent take much longer to hook it all back up

Default yeahhhh

Spark is good because I shocked my self a good bit. and uhm fuel pressure I need to check into, timing i need to check into, and another thing is i need to replace the wiring harness from behind the dash. Their is about 10-15 wires completely melted together. Im trying to get them spread apart and tape them off just to see if it will run before i look into the timing issue. Another problem I noticed im having is when I push the button for the horn, it cycles the fuel pump. Im putting my money on its the wires that are melted together in the dash.
