1996 accord ex

hey guys,i have a 96 ex and i wanted to see if anyone knew the specs on the motor....i really need to tighten the valve cover,but dont know how tight??thanks

96 EX has an F22B1 engine producing 145 bhp. It has vtec. valve cover should be tightened to 86 inch lbs, or 7.1 ft lbs.
