Default 1996 Accord EX Integrated Phone

I bought my 96 Accord EX sedan used. It has the integrated ID Cellular telephone. Does anyone know who offers cellular service for this kind of older phone? Also, does anyone know where to find instructions for the phone? (It appears to have a hands-free speakerphone option, but because it currently has no cell service, I can't even test that.) Thanks for any help!

I don't recall honda ever installing a hands free phone cell service from the factory. if it's in there then even without service you should be able to try and dial out and then it will give you a message from the carrier telling you who they are and that you need to add service.
