It seems that a few people have had issues with the dealership about warranty coverage ,, IF SO
First off NEVER GET UPSET OR IN A SCREAMING CONTEST .. ALWAYS STAY CALM ,, you will get more flies with sugar that you would with pupu
do not waste your time talking to the service adviser they are just sells person , the more they get you to pay the bigger their paycheck will be
talk directly to servive mamager ,,, If you get no satisfaction with him ( her ) ... ask ( and they should give it to you ) the phone # for HONDA DISTRICT MANAGER ,, explain your situation to him ( her ) and how unsatisfied and dissappointed you are
