Default 1996 accord spark plugs help

hey new member first off thanks for being here lol these forums have helped me much with other cars ive owned hopefully this forum will be the same. i am not a mechanic so if my question is really stupid sorry lol. I just bought a used 1996 honda accord about a month and a half ago, it has just under 100k miles. i checked the air filter and it was in bad shape so i replaced it. figuring if they were that bad to the air filter i bought plugs to replace them as well. I just went out and pulled the first boot and out it came dripping some brown fluid seems kinda like oil but much thinner. i have changed spark plugs on many other cars and never found any fluid in the area where ther plug goes lol. is this a honda thing this being my first honda i am clueless. if not any idea what this fluid could be and where the hell its coming from? the car starts and drives well the iddle is a little low no oil leaks on the ground under the car. could water have somehow gotten past the boot and be sitting in the spark plug hole? sorry if this is something simple like i said its my first honda and i am clueless. It has the standard 2.2L motor not the vtec,
