I have no crank/start but can jump to small terminal (from ignition wire) and get the car to start.
Unfortutnately, even then I can not shift out of park without using the key release.
Currently whether running or not, I can not retract sun roof, clock does not work, or get windows to operate. Also, the only indicator light on dash working is the battery light which goes off after the car starts. Headlights, radio, turn signals are fine at all times.
Mine is the 4 cyl 2.2 automatic 1997 accord - no remotes.
Battery is absolutely fine, checked/brand new.
Ground issue?? - Help please

 

Can/have you tested the under hood fuses? Do the brake lights come on if the car is off and you press the brake pedal?
