I'm not sure which parts you need, so this picture is from www(dot)hondaautomotiveparts(dot)com then put in your car's information, pick category "Body / AC" then "Engine Mounts".

Number 4, but theirs doesn't show the vacuum hydraulic

I believe so, because the hydraulic action of the rear mount is for when in park or idling. It'll be a little harsh going into gear (reverse in particular), as the vac system won't soften the mount. Funny thing is, only the AT cars got that mount set up.

Because only the AT cars have the engine running against the load of the torque converter. There's no such condition in a manual.

That mount only comes into action when the transmission is in Drive or Reverse and the car is stopped and your foot is not on the accelerator pedal.

This is a nightmare trying to replace this line . Can't get the new one to fit right

I also want to note that there isn't a bolt back there. The line just snaps into a curved fitting
