1997 Honda Accord EX halogen to LED headlight bulbs swap
Ive recently bought some LEDs for my 97’ Accord (bulb part #9005 specifically) and when I went to swap them, they didn’t light. I really have no clue either, since I have no experience with headlights or circuitry for that matter. At first, I thought it was a polarity problem, but flipping the connector reaped the same results, then I thought it was the connector, so I tried the same bulb on the other side but it didn’t light either; the fuses were fine too. I looked online for quite a bit of time and actually ended up here because of it. I know it can be done because a simple YouTube search shows people doing it, but it looks like they just swap it without any problems. I think maybe I’d need a ballast adapter but I really am not sure at all. Some help would be appreciated Connector bit showing
