I have a 1997 honda accord that is got the check engine light on. The obd says it is code PO141. Can anyone help which o2 sensor this is and if autozone sensors will fix the problem.

That is the secondary O2 sensor. It will be plugged into the catalytic converter (or right after the catalytic converter).

I would find a denso direct fit O2 sensor. Check out densoaftermarket.com to find the right sensor for your accord. They also link to site that sell them as well.
