wipers only work when the switch is move forward, or toward you but none of the slower settings work. I was told maybe it's the relay but can't locate it. Where is it located? I have a 1998 honda accord ex. 4 cylinder. thanks

 

maybe the relay, maybe the switch? relay is located near the master cylinder, rearward of the drivers side strut tower on a metal bracket.

 

The relay is good. I was able to swap it out with another car. Still no joy. Looks like it's the switch. It just seems unsual to to me that a switch would go out. If anyone has any other ideas please post. thanks
