Default 1998 accord

NEWMy 1998 honda accord ex was purchased used a year agi. My problem lies in that the doors lock autmatically whether the car is running or not. I have already had to get the extra key to unlock the door.
Is there any way to disable this option
thank you
ken

I deleted your email address, because you can get a lot of spam by putting it out there. Just ask members to email you through the site.

My 95 accord had a feature to prevent you from locking your keys in the car.

I wouldn't think that the 98 would automatically lock the doors. You may want to check out the owner's manual to see if there is any information.

I used to have a 98 EX and it didn't do that. It didn't automatically lock the door when you drive away either.

You have to put your email into your profile (User CP). The somewhere else in the profile there's a box to check that says something like "allow users to send me email".

But you should really get the answer through the forum so other people can benefit from the information too.
