Default 1998 accord Cat converter questions

1998 Accord 4 cyl Auto Tran... Want to replace Cat. Converter.

1) Are Cat bolts really that expensive ($12-18 EACH!!) online ? I was planning to just order 6 bolts in case I break or strip any of them.
Or is there another way- like get stainless steel bolts? If I do this, how do I make sure it stays locked when I tighten it?

2) I am thinking about going with Magnaflow. Is this a good aftermarket brand?

3) O'reily's has magnaflow with 5 year warranty, but the picture shows no heat shield. Is this OK?
Also, some Cats, have gaskets and some have that O-ring. are both compatible? I prefer gasket. Can I put a gasket on each end- and not use the O-ring?

MagnaFlow Catalytic Converter

Part #:22642

$191.99 Each

4) Ebay has this Magnaflow for $150...

Details about Magnaflow Direct Fit Cat Catalytic Converter 1998-02 Honda Accord 2.3L

Get $70 to $100 refund if you have OEM Bad Honda Cat

A) Do you guys trust Ebay people? I know this guy has 99% rating but still...

B) You believe this? Buy it for $150, and get a $70-100 refund, if the cat is original Honda cat ( mail the old one back)?

C) I seem to like this one because of the heat shield. This looks more like what is on my daughter's car.
What do you guys think? $192 from O'riely's with 5 year warranty or E-bay at $150 ( and possibly get $70 back).

Why not just get 6 bolts, washers, and nuts from Tractor Supply, or a hardware store? At Tractor Supply, you're buying them by the pound, instead of each.
I'm running the stainless steel version of the Magnaflow cat, and like it. It doesn't have the heat shield, but then I don't have to worry about the shield rattling either (like on my wife's car).
The big question is; Are you sure your car has it's OE cat? And the PO hasn't replaced it already? Just asking, as it's a 20 year old car. If it's been replaced, then that seller won't want your old one.
If the e-bay cat is shipped free, then it's less than the O'Reilly's one. Plus, you can get gaskets (that you prefer) and still be under cost, even if you don't do anything with the old cat. Just my take on it.
