1998 accord intermittent hard start
Just going to see if i could get any help. My 1998 accord occasionaly has a hard time starting on cold humid mornings. I don't know if it's correlated but it seems to have a harder time starting when the fuel level is lower (below 3/8 tank). It is not spitting out any trouble codes. I have looked at other forums and decided to replace the main relay but no change. All four spark plugs are receiving spark. And it will turn over and crank just fine. When it does start the timing seems to be just fine. Most of the time it starts right up, but when it sits for a couple days, on a cold morning with low fuel level, it's stubborn. I hear the relay click under the dash when it should, but I don't hear the fuel pump prime like it does on my other car. I got in the trunk to listen, and at the fuel filler cap, but can't hear it prime. Most of the time it runs just fine, so confused how it might be a fuel pump. Any suggestions?

Not sure how you are testing the prime of the pump......try this next time conditions are right....cycle the key a few times from off the on (not start just on/pos II), watch the cel and give each cycle at least ~3 seconds.
