I have 1998 Honda accord V6 it acts like it is fuel starved on acceleration. It will idle all day long but as soon as you try to drive it will go a few hundred feet and Fall on its face Pump accelerator goes some more falls on its face any ideas Already replace fuel pressure regulator.
no other work done.
Tune up up to date
Reving in park is fine.

Is the CEL on?

Tune up items are up to date?

If you rev the engine in park does it do the same thing?

Was there any recent work done to the car - besides regulator?

Ok, should have asked this one as well - is the D4 light on or blinking even thought the car is in another gear?

Does this happen when the car is "cold" and at normal op temp?

What spark plugs were/are in it currently?

Can you have it scanned for codes anyway - some do not set the lights.

Again, one day you walked out to the car and this all started.

This is an odd one and I'm trying to narrow down where to begin the testing.
