Default 2000 accord ex V6 hard starting

Hi, I have a 2000 Honda Accord EX V6 AT, when I try to start the motor it stuffers and dies as if it’s not getting gas. After several tries it will start and I have to feather the gas peddle and rev (3000 rpm) it to keep it running, after several seconds it will smooth out and run and crank fine after that. I am getting codes telling me all 6 cylinders misfired, I guess that is the shuddering.

Any other codes? If not, I'd start with a full on tune up. Plugs for sure, as I'm not sure if that model uses Coil On Plug, or cap rotor and wires. I only say that, as Honda did go to COP after a certain point on the V6 models around that time.

What codes did you get? Before replacing the spark plugs, how many miles are on the current spark plugs?
