Default '98 Accord V6 Hard Starting Help!

First post on the board, looking for some expert help!

I've been wrenching on my wife's 1998 Accord V6 for two years now, and I have never gotten this stumped.

The car will turn over always, and I can feel the starter engaging the crankshaft. Sometimes it starts after three cranks like normal, sometimes it will just spin forever without catching. This condition is warm or hot, doesn't seem to matter. Once the car DOES start, it runs like a banshee all the way up to red line.

The car has 109k on it. I have replaced the spark plugs (properly gaped), distributor cap and rotor, ignition wires, and EGR (before this problem started) with no effect. Per the Haynes manual, the ignition module is in spec. The ignition coil is reading 1 ohm primary, 17k ohm secondary. Battery and alternator are in very good shape. I have also cleaned the MAP sensor.

Any ideas? I appreciate any input. This car has to at least last another year and a half until I have my WRX paid off!

The main relay might be bad, or there could be an injector problem.
