I had misfire codes on my 2000 accord v6 found a bad coil but when I replaced it, I get a spark so I believe its a bad wire

 

I have a 2000 Accord V6 that has multiple misfire codes I cleaned manifold, intake changed all gaskets, cleaned egr as well new plugs, in the end I did a coil test when I have one that stays the same I bought a new coil plug and it still does the same but you can see the spark I believe I have a bad harness wire. those are 483.00 at dealer.

 

after all that work the car runs 100% better but you can still fill a little uneasiness and also I had the codes cleared but the light didn't go off and codes remained the same
