When the transmission shifter is in "D", it does not downshift when slowing down and stopping, drive is all you have. When stopped, you can manually shift to "1" and it will downshift to lowest gear, then you can shift to "2" when accelerating and it shifts, then to "D" while accelerating and gears change normally with no slippage. The automatic transmission shifts fine when you manually shift it thru the gears, but does no shifting period when in "D" or "O". Any of you savvy Honda folks know what the problem is? I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks.
