Reading through some old posts I saw that when installing a rebuilt auto trans in my 2000 Accord V-6 the recommended fluid is Redline D4. Is this still the case or is there a better choice. I plan on installing a plate cooler and Magnafine filter. The rebuilt trans came with an aerosol can of flushing solvent to be used and blown out with compressed air before filling the trans with fluid. Any other suggestions?

 

You will see this a lot, but only use Honda automatic transmission fluid on those transmissions.
