Default 2000 Accord transmission issues

I have a 2000 Accord 4cyl 2.3L with an automatic transmission. Tranny started slipping earlier this week. While driving it home the second day of it starting to slip I got a trouble code p1750. I have been informed by multiple sources that this code means "Mechanical Problem in Hydraulic Control System of A/T Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid". According to my understanding and my reading, this is something that can't be fixed simply by relaxing the solenoid, and is an internal issue. Does anyone know if that is correct? Either way, I changed the fluid, nothing changed. Had my codes reset and haven't seen the code again, so I'm wondering if there's a chance the code was a fluke? Anybody have experience with the p1750 code? I've researched all over online and everybody has something totally different to say about it.

Default *update*

Check engine light popped up again, this time got codes P0730 and P0780. So at this point I'm kinda thinking either I need a new tranny, or something is wrong with my computer. Any insights?

Not looking good. The 0780 is the one that has me worried. For it, it says to try some new solenoids but if it comes back to replace the trans.

Not sure where you want to go from here?

Anything with P07xx or P17xx is transmission related.More then likly your going to need a rebuild. With a rebuild you always replace the torque converter, they are most of the problem. Don't buy one from a junkyard, they'll probably have the same problem

Ya, at this point I'm basically thinking I'm either gonna have it rebuilt our just get a new tranny. I'm gonna take it to a shop and have them run a full diagnostic on it though. But I think I might just get the whole thing replaced just so I don't have to worry about it having problems any time in the near future.

If you get a rebuild, read the link and be sure to ask the shop about it.
