My accord (2000 v6)has been having some weird vibrations idling, in park or drive and just before shifting gears around 2000-2600 rpms.
Some recent history on the car. I went home for summer and the car sat in a garage for 2 months. I came back and the battery was dead. I replaced the battery and a terminal.
Brakes were recently changed and an oil change.
Now there is a loud vibration sound when idling. If it is in park and I turn off the a.c it becomes more quiet. But if I idle while it is in drive if the a.c is on or off it doesnt matter the vibrations are loud.
As soon as I start driving the vibration noise stops, but I can feel a vibration on the pedal which I did not feel before at around 2000-3000 rpms.
Also to add, randomly there are no vibration sounds, maybe 1 out of 6 times starting and driving the car. I am in Texas and it is currently really hot too..
Any suggestions?
