Default Vibration in the floor board when braking (2000 LX Sedan)

Mostly when I have additional weight in the front section of the car (ie. any passenger) I get a vibration feeking at the front wheels when braking. Itook the car into a Honda repair specialist and nothing found out of normal use. With new genuine pads and resurfaced rotors the car still does this. The best feeling that I can describe is that ofunder carriage plastics rubbing on the tire.I looked and there is no contactwith the tire and the wheel base. Any thoughts? Tire alignment issue?

chk to make sure that it is not coming from the rear brakes ( warped rotors, out of round drums )

If you only feel it when braking, then it must be rotor or drum runout. If it was something else likerims or bearings, for example, you would probably feel it all the time, worse at certain speeds.

It's doubtfull but there is a slim possibility that it could be a strut issue....
