I have wind noise that seems to be coming in around plastic cover inside car on drivers side door that covers access to side mirror. Does this plastic cover pry off so I can see possibly what the problem might be. The wind noise is irratating. Has anybody else had this problem that might have any suggestions on how to fix it?

 

Looks like it pries off. Those little spring clips are #11. Never done it myself, so ???
