Hi, I have a 2000 Honda Accord Ex 4cyclinder & my car has problems starting in the early am when its very cold outside. I've replaced the battery & have a pretty new starter & have had a full tune-up a couple of months ago. I had the new battery tested @Auto Zone and was told it was low and needed to charge for about a hour yesterday but when I went to start it this a.m., it still wouldn't start!Please help anyone!!Thanks in advance..

 

If the battery was low and it needed to be charged, you may need a different battery. Still sounds like a battery problem.

 

What is happening when it won't start? Give us more detail.
